This authentic Xiao Mei Yao Zhuni originates from Chuanbu mining area in Dingshu, Yixing. Only high-grade aged ore is chosen and carefully processed. With an 80-mesh fineness, the finished pot features prominent sand grains after firing. It delivers a warm, smooth touch while retaining rich natural granular texture. 

Orange-red / persimmon-red with hints of dark amber. It appears understated at room temperature, instantly turns a delicate bright crimson when poured with hot water, and reverts to its original hue as it cools, delivering an outstanding color-changing effect.

Recommended tea:

It boasts superior aroma concentration and excellent fragrance retention. It is specially suitable for highly aromatic teas such as Tieguanyin, Phoenix Dancong, high-mountain oolong, Bingdao and Xigui. It amplifies the layered aroma of tea and highlights bright floral and fruity notes.

 Every Zisha teapot from Dihu Chengxin undergoes repeated trials under the technical supervision of 范志浩 Fan Zhihao. Each piece is meticulously carved to faithfully recreate the classic shapes of ancient teapots with consummate craftsmanship.

Born in 1994, Fan Zhihao has devoted himself to teapot making since 2012. He studied under the renowned Zisha masters 华建 Hua Jian (Master of Arts and Crafts) and 吴齐敏 Wu Qimin (Jiangsu Provincial Master of Traditional Craft Skills). Specializing in traditional round and square wares, he now leads the R&D and quality control for all products of Dihu Chengxin.
