Genuine Duanni from Huang Long Shan
Duanni (Tuanni) originates from Huanglong Mountain, Yixing. It is a natural intergrowth ore of purple clay and native green clay, formed in segmented veins. Genuine original ore is naturally produced without artificial mixing.

A simple mould is only used to speed up the preliminary shaping of the pot body and ensure uniform, consistent aesthetics across every finished piece. The overwhelming majority of the production work is still completed meticulously by hand, retaining the texture and soul of pure handmade artistry.

Every Zisha teapot from Dihu Chengxin undergoes repeated trials under the technical supervision of 范志浩 Fan Zhihao. Each piece is meticulously carved to faithfully recreate the classic shapes of ancient teapots with consummate craftsmanship.
Born in 1994, Fan Zhihao has devoted himself to teapot making since 2012. He studied under the renowned Zisha masters 华建 Hua Jian (Master of Arts and Crafts) and 吴齐敏 Wu Qimin (Jiangsu Provincial Master of Traditional Craft Skills). Specializing in traditional round and square wares, he now leads the R&D and quality control for all products of Dihu Chengxin.

I really like this teapot, you can tell it’s been handmade because it’s not entirely regular, but it has a beautiful soul! I will use it to brew Taiwan oolong in it. If I will want to buy another teapot, this site will surely be the preferred
Photos don't do the piece justice. The surface, while dark, has slight reflective properties giving it a sparkling darkness and depth to the eyes. It's not too heavy and holds heat well, but the real beauty is the brownish veins. These look astounding in person and reflect beautifully in a bowl full of tea, giving a striking appearance of "veins beneath the murky depths" when in use. It feels timeless, ancient, and alive. Best of all; it feels natural. A very good piece that's a pleasure to use.

This was my first fully handmade Yixin teapot. The package arrived without any problems and the packaging is excellent. The teapot itself is also very good, although I don't have that much experience with them. The clay seems to be very good as well as the workmanship. The only thing is that the lid is a bit loose, but I think that is normal for Zhuni teapots. It measures a little more than the stated 120ml, filled to the brim I'm at ~130-140ml, 123gr in total (36gr just the lid). 7-8s pouring time. The shape is really great and I would recommend it.
I ordered this tea pot, unfortunately it was damaged on the way here. As soon as Yanni knew, she didn’t walk away. She asked me to choose another one as this tea pot is the last one. So I chose the tea pot which I attached in this review. By the way, it is also one of the tea pots in my wish list which I planned to buy in the future. I am so glad that I purchased products from a trustworthy vendor who is extremely responsible. Highly recommend Yanni’s business. I will keep buying tea pots from her.

An absolutely beautiful and versatile first Yixing teapot.
Absolutely gorgeous cup. The original one I wanted wasn't stocked when I placed my order, but I was quickly contacted and a similar one was offered in its place which I ended up preferring!. Has an interesting texture in the hand, like soft sand. Retains heat well but does not transfer to the outside allowing hot tea to be drunk without discomfort and the glaze will shift colors depending on how the light catches it, looking like a scene I would describe as Astral chaos. All in all couldn't be happier with my purchase and my first jianware! Incredible customer service and swift and safe delivery!

This teapot is gorgeous. And it makes the tea better! More intense than my gaiwan did, and the tea feels rounder. I've chosen this teapot to brew some Fenghuang Dancong in it. After a few try with different tea, the pot pours really well, don't affect the subtile notes of the tea, and will I'm sure get better with time. The texture of the clay is amazing and the craftsmanship really nice :) Thank's yanni for your advice!

I own a zini teapot with the color of boil chicken liver and this Yuan Hu duanni similarly remind me of the pot I have. The shape is lovely with a unique snout, and a special stamp at the bottom. This pot is perfect as it is, without any carving or sculpting. I’m more than happy to find a trust worthy company that I can buy yixing teapots from.
Absolutely beautiful teapot, the craftsmanship is remarkable! The clay quality is amazing as well. I’ve been using it for young and semi-aged sheng and it smoothes out the bitterness without eliminating the brighter notes of the tea. It’s so nice to have a trusted source for yixing that is accessible in the west. I will definitely be ordering again!
The day my pot arrive, I was impressed by the jewel color and the authentic ore texture by Zhu Yi Fei’s work. Excellent craftsmanship and handle with care. The finest combination with green tea. Ben Shan Luni softens the bitterness of green tea while boosting the creamy aftertaste. A worthwhile experience. I'm now a fan of Zhu Yi Fei’s work.

Excellent entry level pot. Planned to use it for a different type of tea, but it brews Taiwanese Oolongs just perfectly.
My first yixing teapot and using it has been a great tea experience throughout every session and elevated my teas noticeably.
Great cup. Consistently trades off some of the high notes of the tea for a thickened liquor. Surprisingly, I also like to use it for greener teas sometimes. There are some more colours to the glaze in real life than can be captured in picture.

Beautiful craftsmanship, very clean 11s pour. The clay is not too muting, just right. The lid handle is a little bit less convenient than the usual knob, but makes up for it by being pretty.

Another good purchase from Yanni. This time, it is a lovely DCQ teapot handcrafted by Shen Ye Qin and she has embellished the surface with specks of Duanni Pu Sha. The design and craftsmanship are good. Notwithstanding, care is required when rinsing the teapot to avoid dislodging the specks and pitting the surface. To shortlist the pairing, I have brewed with Wuyi's Da Hongpao tea and Fengqing's Dianhong tea, but have not decided which tea to dedicate the teapot to. Given time, I am sure that the teapot will work well with either tea. Thanks for your recommendation, Yanni!
My Zi Jin has been everything I hoped for. Beautiful, very well made and functions beautifully. Already have another pot from Shen Ye Qin ordered.
I was curious about this type of Yixing clay so I bought it. I had to wait for awhile to see what this teapot brings out the aroma of tea before I write the feedback. Been brewing oolong tea in it and I love this teapot as well as the yellow colour of it. Highly recommend it if you want to try something different!

Since I received my Zi Jin, I have been captivated by by its warm, smooth exterior, its creamy colour and by the level of care that Shen Ye Qin spent on its every detail. – But apart from being simply beautiful, it is a great instrument for brewing tea. It is well balanced, pours immaculately and its opening is comfortably wide. I absolutely love it for brewing rock oolong. The clay’s most remarkable feature is, that it makes tea taste richer and somehow milky – softening harsher flavours as well as enhancing what has been masked by them. At the same time, very little to none of the more ephemeral flavours are compromised. I have been especially surprised, by how well it transforms assertive, big leaf green teas and how it enhances Taiwanese gaba tea. Concerning Transaction and Shipping: Ordering was smooth and easy. I bought another pot at the same time and they both arrived here quickly, in thickly padded boxes, carefully wrapped and packaged, together with handwritten certificates, a tea towel and a packet of Yixing Heicha as a surprise present. A versatile and affordable pot from what seems to be high quality zhuni. I brewed a few Tie Guan Yins, some Dancongs, and even a Korean green tea in it and, invariably, it rendered each of the teas beautifully. Will be dedicating it to greener oolongs that I usually serve to bigger groups of people. The shipping and packaging was top notch as well. Will buy from Yanni again.

Finally having received one of these incredible handmade pots I now know what makes them so special. They are true expressions of a lost art that is still being preserved by Yanni and her team. These show the artist's touch in subtle and beautiful ways yet still having such precision to have the perfect pour, lid fit, and balance. The clay tastes phenomenal and has only gotten richer with every brew. I can't thank Yanni enough for answering all my questions and being patient with me as I finally decided on this pot as my first handmade piece. It was above and beyond of what I hoped for.
I am so enchanted by this deceptively simple looking little pot. – It holds about 70ml and I bought it for those egoistical single sessions. – It’s pour is as smooth as oil, it’s handle is comfortable even for it’s tiny size. And so is the elegant, elongated knob on it’s lid, which makes it very easy to handle without burning your fingers. – It’s large opening eats even the long leaves of sheng without fail or breakage. – Regarding taste, it has enhanced every tea I’ve so far thrown into it – even a deep roasted Dong Ding, which yielded a range of spicy and fruity aromatics I hadn’t noticed in such clarity before. Now, I’m very keen to try out other teas in it. Concerning Transaction and Shipping: Ordering was smooth and easy. This is the second teapot I bought from Yannart. Yanni never disappoints me. After brewing tea in this teapot, I can tell it is an authentic Di Cao Qing clay, completely different from Di Cao Qing teapots which other vendors sold them to me. The pour is perfect as well as the good shape and size. I am definitely buying another one from Yanni.
Yet another lovely teapot from Shen Ye Qing. The shape in itself is very convenient with a wide opening and easy pouring, and the rugged texture that resembles pear skin (hence the name : Li Pi) along with the finely carved dragons give it a classic, historical look. A beautiful piece !

Nice and delicate pot with great proportions. 12s pour. The clay's influence on the tea is subtle but noticeable. The colour under daylight is a nice smooth orange-red. It is what I expected from a high quality pot and a lot of fun to use.
