Shipping policy

While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates. 

To update a shipping number, it will take us approximately 3-4 days. The delivery time for your order is typically 10-14 days. We use UPS, DHL, and EMS as our primary shipping partners. However, depending on your location, we may work with your local post office to deliver your package.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. As we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door. If you or any other adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day. If you call the shipping carrier or talk to your local office, they can reroute to another address or hold it at their office for you to pick up at your convenience.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from One Space, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your refund. We do not cover/refund shipping charges on exchange/return items.

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the checkout total.
