Peach‑Blossom Clay (Tao Hua Ni), natural paragenetic red duan‑ni ore from Huanglong Mountain old mine, layered above vintage Golden‑Duan.
Material:
Our Peach‑Blossom Duanni comes from the same vintage mine‑face that yields vintage Golden Duanni. It is the red‑toned Duan‑ni layer directly sitting above the Golden‑Duan vein; the two ores naturally occur stacked together in‑situ. This is the Peach‑Blossom Clay understood by early‑generation craftsmen. This natural paragenetic ore also delivers excellent plasticity.
As market demand grew, many versions of “Peach‑Blossom Clay” emerged. Today every workshop may offer its own take. Standards have become extremely broad: some are blended formulas, some are single‑source native ore, while others use ore from outside Huanglong Mountain.
Our Peach‑Blossom Clay strictly uses the natural red Duan‑ni layer found directly above the rare authentic old‑mine Golden Duan ore.
Capacity: ~135ml
Craftsmanship | Handmade with the help of the mold
This teapot adopts top-tier semi-handmade craftsmanship. A simple mould is only used to speed up the preliminary shaping of the pot body and ensure uniform, consistent aesthetics across every finished piece. The overwhelming majority of the production work is still completed meticulously by hand, retaining the texture and soul of pure handmade artistry.
Semi-handmade ≠ cheap craft. Value, beauty and tea experience are everything. A teapot’s true value depends on clay grade and craftsmanship, not labels.
Genuine semi-handmade Zisha is a traditional auxiliary craft, not industrial mass production.
