Material:
Mingyuan Zini
Inspired by the antique aesthetic of master Chen Mingyuan’s iconic teapots. We compound four rare clays: Qing Hua Zini, Ping Tai Zini, Tian Qing Ni and Black star Zini. The texture is rustic and elegant, fully capturing the unique material traits of early Qing Dynasty clay.
To temper and stabilize the clay nature, every batch is naturally weathered and aged for a minimum of three years, followed by ancient hand-refining techniques.
It requires comprehensive expertise in ancient teapot archives, lifelong hands-on clay preparation experience, and unparalleled skill in analyzing classic Yixing teapot relics.
Capacity:
Approximately ~150ml
Single hole with a metal filter (Fast and smooth pour)
Craftsmanship | Semi-Handmade Process
This teapot adopts top-tier semi-handmade craftsmanship. A simple mould is only used to speed up the preliminary shaping of the pot body and ensure uniform, consistent aesthetics across every finished piece. The overwhelming majority of the production work is still completed meticulously by hand, retaining the texture and soul of pure handmade artistry.
