The Shui Ping pot is a special type of teapot known as the king of Kung Fu tea. It has been around since the Ming and Qing dynasties. The inventor was Hui Mengchen 惠孟臣, a master of pot art in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. He was famous for emphasizing Kung Fu tea in southern Fujian. The Shui Ping pot, made of Zhuni and created by Hui Mengchen, has a simple and elegant shape, meticulous and thoughtful workmanship, exquisite clay selection, and elegant appearance.

The Zhao Zhuang Zhuni, a rare type of Zhuni, is highly sought after due to its vibrant orange hue.
